..snow day..

Like the rest of the country it snowed in Bath. this turned my street into a ski slope and later on a ice slide and then even later on... nothing back to being its normal stupidly steep hill which i live on.

For people who have never been to Bath, it consists of hills. I live on one hill, town is at the bottom and my uni is on top of the other hill, also these hills are in fact hills steep in places, and long. My journey to uni consists of a nice jaunt up the 1 mile stretch called North Road (its a mile to the bottom of this hill in the first place). Anyway i rather enjoy my walk i listen to my ipod which keeps me happy and i drift of pretty unaware of everything else, although the last few days has involved some manoeuvring due to the snow-sludge-ice-brown mess, which is slippy which is therefore not good for tackling hills. However after getting up this morning and making my appetising ham sandwich, uni was shut. SNOW DAY!! yey! this gave me the perfect opportunity to build a snowman, christened snowy.



After this i proceeded to use my snow day to much use, i did absolutely nothing, apart from to sledge/ snowboard down my street on a baking tray. I jumped on and moved all of 1cm, i actually moved further when i skidded on the snow in my shoes.

Fun day. Tomorrow Im going to a foam party as an elephant.
